Kenapa inch loss tapi berat tak turun

Dalam post kali ini aku akan membincangkan satu isu dalam dunia diet yang sebenarnya bukan satu masalah pun, tapi ramai ingin tahu. Iaitu kenapa badan makin kurus tapi berat tak turun. Contohnya kau kehilangan 5kg lemak dalam masa tiga bulan tapi dalam masa yang sama kau berjaya membina 5kg otot juga, sudah tentu la berat badan kau tak berubah tapi badan jadi kurus.
